The downtown park on Kattell Street: Maddie's butterfly playground, a splash pad in summer, an ice rink in winter, and the site of Brewfest and the Parade of Lights.
The 6.5-acre park a block off Briggs Street, with the custom butterfly-shaped Maddie’s Playground, a splash pad from Memorial Day to mid-September, an ice rink from early December to late February, two shelters, the Monarch Community Room, a summer cafe, a memorial brick garden and a multi-purpose field. Brewfest and the pre-parade skating happen here.
