The shop says it roasts with Silver Canyon Coffee in Boulder and sells its single-origin beans (Colombian, Ethiopian and Sumatran among them) by the bag, roasted weekly. Open from 6 am on weekdays, 7:30 on weekends; online ordering is on its site.
